Bugs while deleting user
I have already created a hack on removing completely a username and his blog. And I've just realised that I needed to remove the blog first before deleting it's owner... otherwise the summary will be mixed up with smarty errors etc.
So to remove a user, remove blogs first.
TODO:
- There should be two steps when deleting. Disactivating first, and then Deleting.
- When deleting the user, create another method to remove the subdomain.
